Muktinath Tour from Gorakhpur Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrival in Gorakhpur – Pokhara
Upon your arrival in Gorakhpur our tour representative will drive you on from Nepal border to Pokhara which is located at a journey of around 6 hours (depending on traffic). You shall be spending the night in Pokhara.
Day 2 :Pokhara – Jomsom – Muktinath – Jomsom
Early in the morning or even earlier at around 5 am you will be driven to the helipad. From here you will be flown to Jomsom via a helicopter ride. The duration of helicopter ride will be around 25 minutes to half an hour. Upon your arrival in Jomsom you shall be transferred to Muktinath temple via a ride on the shared jeep. This will also allow you to savor the magnificent beauty of the magical surrounding. The jeep ride will be of 2 hours and you will be covering a distance of almost 51 km. once you are done with your Darshan at the holy abode of lord Vishnu and bathing under the Mukti Dharas you will be made to head back to your hotel / accommodation in Jomsom.
Day 3 :Jomsom – Pokhara
Early in the morning at 6 am or earlier you will be flown to the wonderful city of Pokhara. Upon your arrival in Pokhara you shall be transferred to your hotel here before commencing a half day of sightseeing tour. Pokhara is one of the most popular hill stations to explore in Nepal which is also very scenic and beautiful with the main centre of attraction being the lake. After all these interesting activities you will be made to head back to your hotel in Pokhara for an overnight stay.
Day 4 :Pokhara – Kathmandu
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be driven to your next destination of Kathmandu – a prime location for travelers to explore from all over the world. This will be a road journey of almost 6 to 7 hours and en route you will even be made to visit the sacred Manakamana Mandir. On arrival you will be checked in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 :Kathmandu Sightseeing
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be taken on a full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu. You shall cover various tourist attractions such as Pashupatinath Mandir, Budha Nilkantha, Swayambhunath and the famous iconic durbar square. This will allow you to come in close contact with the culture and lifestyle of the people of Nepal. After a full day of sightseeing here you will be made to head back to your accommodation in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.
Day 6 :Kathmandu – Gorakhpur departure
After you are done with your breakfast in the morning you will be made to drive back to Gorakhpur. This will mark the end of your 6 days of this holy trip to the abode of the lord of justice in Muktinath Dham.
