Himachal Tour with Vaishno Devi

After reaching Shimla, you will be taken to your hotel from the station/airport. Check in and relax for a bit. Have your food and then explore Lakkar Bazar, ride the Toy Train, visit the Jakhu temple, the military museum, the Chadwick waterfall etc. Return to the hotel.

Have a hearty breakfast and go exploring again. The Shimla Ridge and The Scandal Point on Mall Road, Christ Church, Himalayan bird Park are some of the famous places to visit. Eat at the much talked about Café Simla Times. Ride a horse, which is the most popular thing to do. Come back to the hotel and rest.

After breakfast, leave for Manali. It will take about 7-8 hours to reach. You can relax at the hotel or you can visit the Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Baths, the Great Himalayan National Park, Manu Temple etc. Rest at the hotel.

Continue your Manali tour by visiting the Tibetan Monastery, the Manikaran Gurudwara, the Gauri Shankar Temple, the Naggar Castle etc. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Rohtang Pass and Solang valley are two of the most beautiful places that you will ever visit. They are famous for hosting activities like paragliding, skiing, trekking, white river rafting etc. Go and have fun on this full day excursion and return to the hotel to rest.

Wake up early and check out from the hotel. It will take 6 to 7 hours to reach Dharamshala. It is a very picturesque place to visit. You can start your tour by going to places like the War Memorial, the Dal Lake, the Tea Garden, Jwala Devi temple, Dalai Lama temple among others. Must visit the Tsuglagkhang, where the Dalai Lama resides. Along the way, try local foods and different cuisines. Return to your hotel.

Travel to Dalhousie in a car provided by us and rest at your hotel. In the evening, visit the Khajjiar town and the Satdhara Falls. Have a nice meal in a restaurant or the hotel and take rest.

After breakfast, visit Subhash Baoli, St. John’s Church, the Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary where you will find different species of fauna ranging from jackal and leopards to various birds. After the fun filled day, take a nap in your hotel.

Reaching Katra will take 5 to 6 hours. Take a room for relaxing and keeping your belongings. Have plenty of food and rest, so that you are energized for the next day.

Have a hearty meal before starting the 12 kms long trek to Vaishno Devi Dham, with a serene view of the mountains. You can also book a horse ride if you want to. There are various shops spread throughout the trek offering local food, clothing, jewellery and other knick-knacks. Attraction points like Ardh Kuwari can also be seen along the way. It usually takes 5 to 8 hours to complete this trek. After reaching, do the Darshan and return to your hotel in Katra.

Check out from the hotel in the morning and travel towards Chandigarh. To make the most out of your stay, visit the Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Pinjore Gardens, Fun City etc. Rest at your hotel.
