IRCTC Andaman Tour Itinerary Package
Day 1 :Departure from Mumbai to Port Blair
You will be asked to report at the Mumbai Airport at a particular time from where you will board a flight to Port Blair. Port Blair is the capital of Andaman and Nicobar Island and it will be the place from your exciting journey will begin.
Once, you reach the Port Blair Airport then, the tour representative will guide you through your hotel room. You may have to perform some minor check-in formalities and after that, you can go for a quick freshen up session.
Then, report back in the hall of the hotel because now, you will be enjoying a sightseeing tour of Port Blair. Port Blair is a small country sprawled across the Bay of Bengal which is famous for its cellular jail, Anthropological Museum, Samudrika (Naval Marine Museum), Corbyn Cove Beach.
The cellular Jail in Port Blair is a pre-colonial prison in which Britishers kept political prisoners. And now, it is a tourist spot where people come to see the architectural design that was being constructed during the British rule. Next, you can visit the Anthropological Museum where the information related to all the five tribes living on the island is exhibited. You can get small information about the various tribes like Negroid, Onges, Sentinelese, Jarawas, Andamanese, Mongoloid, Shompens, and Nicobarese.
Then, there is Samudrika which is a very popular Naval Marine Museum where you can see many exotic marine species. Next will be Corbyn Cove Beach where you can have those lonely walks by yourself and can also enjoy various water sports activities.
Afterwards, return to the hotel room for dinner and a nice overnight stay.
Day 2 :On your Way to Neil Island
In the morning, you will first check-out from the hotel and then, you will board a premium cruise which will get you to Neil Island. Upon your arrival in Neil Island, you will first go through check-in formalities and then, have a quick freshen up session.
Then, you will go for a sightseeing tour of Neil Island where you will visit places like Natural Bridge – a bridge naturally formed out of the rock, Lakshmanpur Beach – where you can go swimming in the ocean and also enjoy basking in the summer.
In the evening, you will watch the sunset at a sunset point in Bharatpur Beach and get lost in the serene beauty of the Bay of Bengal.
Later, return to your resort for a nice dinner with a surreal view and finally, enjoy your overnight stay.
Day 3 :Enjoy Water Sports Activities in Havelock Island
You will check-out from your resort the first thing in the morning then, you will again hop on a cruise. Once you reach Havelock Island, you will check into your hotel room and refresh yourself.
Then, you will enjoy various sports activities like Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Snorkeling, Banana Ride, etc. And for these, you will pay directly here and can also make up your mind of all the activities that you wish to enjoy here.
Later, you will head back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 :Return back to Port Blair
In the morning, you will first check-out from your hotel room but enter your luggage to a cloakroom then. Next, you will visit the Kalapathar Beach – where you can walk along the long white sandy stretch which is mostly giveaway a view of big rocks laid on the turquoise water and Radhanagar Beach where you can fall for the tropical vibes as it is mostly surrounded by rainforest trees.
In the afternoon, you will hop on a premium cruise to Port Blair. And in Port Blair, you will have your dinner in the resort and enjoy the overnight stay.
Day 5 :Visit Some other Famous Places in Port Blair
After having breakfast, you will head out for a sightseeing tour of places like Chatham Saw Mill – a sawmill owned by the government was founded in the 80’s on the Chatham Island and now, it is a famous tourist spot, Ross Island – where you can witness the historical ruins, North Bay – to enjoy the beach vibe on the last day.
Next, head back to your resort for an overnight stay.
Day 6 :Departure for Mumbai
In the morning, first have a nice breakfast and then, you will check out of your hotel room. The tour representative will escort you to Port Blair Airport from where you will board a flight back to Mumbai. And on that note, the tour representative will say his goodbye to you.
