Amarnath Yatra by Helicopter via Pahalgam

Upon arriving at Srinagar airport our tour representative will first greet you. He will then lead you to your pre-booked vehicle and together we drive towards Pahalgam, a beautiful hill station submerged in verdant greenery and gorgeous Himalayan ranges. Pahalgam also consists in Northeast Himalayan trails that run towards the holy caves of Amarnath. Thus, Pahalgam serves as the base camp for the Amarnath pilgrimage trek. On reaching Pahalgam, we check into hotel for dinner and night stay.

Next day early in the morning we set out for the holy Amarnath yatra. We reach the Pahalgam helipad first. After collecting our boarding pass from the concerned authority we board the helicopter which flies us across snowy mountains to Panchtarni. We land at the Panchtarni helipad. The holy cave of Amarnath Ji is 6kms away from Panchtarni and this 6kms can only be covered by means of trek. We will reach the cave in 2hrs Approx by embarking on this trek. Before entering the cave we take a holy dip in the chilling cold waters of the Amarnath stream that flows past the cave. Post darshan of the naturally formed snow lingam of Lord Amarnath we regress our steps back to Panchtarni where we board the helicopter again to return Pahalgam. We retire to our hotel at Pahalgam for overnight stay.

Next morning we set out to explore the beautiful Pahalgam, an idyllic hill station along the River Lidder the places we visit are Mamaleshwar temple, Avantipur temple, Baisaran hills, Pahalgam golf course, Tulian Lake, Betaab valley, Aru valley, Baisan hills. At the end of the sightseeing, we go back to hotel for overnight stay.

Next morning we make her way back to Srinagar. On reaching you will be dropped at Srinagar airport. Our representative bids you ‘bye’ and move on homeward at the end of this amazing tour.
