Gujarat Desert Beach Package Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrive Ahmedabad & Ahmedabad – Wankaner
On arriving at Ahmadabad railway station/airport meet and greet our tour representative who drives you down to Wankaner, a once upon a time princely state in Gujarat’s province of Saurashtra. Upon reaching check into hotel and later proceed to visit some of the most notable tourist attractions of Wankaner like the Ceramic zone; an industrial belt that has contributed significantly to the economic growth of Gujarat, the opulent Ranjit Vilas Palace; the official, royal dwelling of Wankaner maharaja, and Hazrat Shah Baba Dargah sheriff; an important pilgrimage destination for the Hindus. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 :Wankaner – Mandvi
In the morning post breakfast we leave for Mandvi; an idyllic beach town. On reaching we check into hotel and then go for a beach walk in the evening enjoying the soothing breeze and panoramic sunset views. Also, we visit some of the top Mandvi attractions like the grandiose & ornate Vijay Villas Palace, the tranquil, pristine white Mazar of Mazar-e-Noorani and the rejuvenation & healing hub of Navjivan Nature Cure Center. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 3 :Mandvi – Bhuj
Next day we travel to Bhuj, one of the most culturally vibrant cities of Gujarat with a rich historic past & rich crafts tradition and sporting some of the finest architectural edifices that the state boasts of. On reaching check into hotel and later proceed to visit some of the notable attractions of this unique desert city like Swaminarayan temple, Cenotaph complex, Prag Mahal, Aina Mahal and Kutch museum. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 4 :Bhuj – Rann of Kutch – Bhuj
Next day make an excursion to the vast salt desert; the Rann of Kutch which is a part of the Thar Desert. The desert safari across the shimmering Rann towards the evening is indeed a memorable experience and during the Safari your eyes may meet the sight of animals like blackbuck, wolf, desert fox, jackal, wild ass etc darting past you. Return to hotel in Bhuj post excursion for dinner and night stay.
Day 5 :Bhuj – Ahmedabad & Departure
Post breakfast, we drive back to Ahmadabad and you are dropped at railway station/airport where our representative sees you off and you proceed for your onward journey back home with lots of pleasant memories of the tour.
