Badri Kedar Yatra Tour Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrival in Dehradun
Upon your arrival in Dehradun, you will be greeted by our tour manager. You will then be transferred to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay. You can even choose to go out and explore a few tourist hotspots in Dehradun. You will be spending the night at your hotel in Dehradun.
Day 2 :Dehradun – Kedarnath – Badrinath
6:00 Am – Early in the morning, you will be transferred to the Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun where the reporting time will be at 5 AM. You will be transferred to the Dehradun helipad in a private car.
6:45 Am – After a 45-minute long helicopter ride from Dehradun you will be arriving at the helipad near Kedarnath which can be either Phata / Sitapur / Sersi etc. depending on the availability.
As per the government regulations, on reaching the helipad, all the passengers will then be transferred to a government helicopter. Depending on the availability of the chopper it can take up to 10 minutes and 2 hours to reach the Kedarnath helipad.
Kedarnath helipad is just about 500 meters away from the main temple entrance. You will be given some time to complete the VIP Darshan. After the Darshan, all the passengers will assemble back at the Kedarnath helipad by 9:30 AM.
You will then be made to depart for Badrinath yatra.
9:30 Am – By 9:30 you will be reaching the helipad at Guptkashi / Sersi / Sitapur or Phata. From here on you will be headed for a chopper ride to Badrinath.
10:00 Am – After half an hour of chopper ride you will be reaching Badrinath helipad. The helipad is about 1 km away from the main temple entrance. Before the Darshan, you will be checked in to your allotted hotel here along with some lunch.
Sightseeing of the famous tourist attractions will take place. By afternoon/evening you will be taken for VIP Darshan at Badri Vishal.
Shayan Aarti experience can also be arranged on special request.
After the Darshan, you will be headed back to your allotted hotel in Badrinath for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 :Badrinath – Dehradun Departure
8:00 Am – This will be the estimated time of departure for Dehradun from Badrinath.
9:00 Am – After an hour-long helicopter ride you will be reaching the Dehradun helipad, the place where your trip had started from. On reaching Dehradun you will be dropped off at your place of departure which can be the airport or the railway station. This drop-off by our tour manager will mark the end of your Badri Kedar Helicopter Yatra with us.
